1. Agreement to Terms

4.3 Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

All bets placed on okto88 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placement. okto88 is not liable for errors in bet selection made by the user.

7.2 Sports Betting

Specialized markets for Indonesian players include mix parlay (accumulator betting), voor bola (Asian handicap), and bandar bola (football bookmaker markets). All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing sports body.

7.3 Casino Games

7.4 Togel (Lottery)

7.5 Prohibited Activities

11. Account Closure and Termination

okto88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You create multiple accounts
• Your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling

Upon termination, okto88 may forfeit any remaining account balance if the termination was due to breach of these Terms.
